I don't use this feature a lot, but it can be handy, one time I had to use it in flight, which was excellent.
Last week I had lots of problems with it and had to call the ARO office to rectify, the route contained ALL my waypoints (also from the departure/arrival). The ATS lady said that is cumbersome to handle for them and absolutely not necessary., but what to insert then (for a local flight?).
In the field of remarks my name/telf number was shown plus the msg it originated from SkyDemon. I wanted to add a request for touch and goes, Typing in the field crashed the flight plan and I needed to start all over again, after 3 times trying I was. Fu....... Where and in what format I should have added that?
The manual is very sketchy in this respect, would love to see  an area on the site with a handful of training examples.
As a general tip, not SD related, could we fill in "S" in the old days for navigation, it needs to be specified nowadays with all the on board equipment. Nasty. The lady said, as long as it contains a "Y" they will handle it, otherwise it will be rejected....

Sorry, there isn't enough information in your post for me to know what modifications you made to the flightplan generated by SkyDemon, and therefore what problems may have been introduced. SkyDemon generates syntactically perfect flightplans intended for international distribution but it does allow you to change a lot of what is generated, for better or for worse. If you are not an expert at ICAO flightplans I would not advise changing anything.

It is beyond our support remit to help with flightplan format issues; there is plenty of documentation online that is likely to be able to help with that.

If you believe the output from SkyDemon was erroneous, please contact customer support or post more information here with the route concerned so we can take a look.

I’m not sure I can help with the main query, and I may have misunderstood your problem, but you only need to enter the appropriate equipment at the granular level once in the Edit Aircraft set up page, and it will populate the Flight Plan automatically. There’s nothing particularly nasty about it at all, it’s a one-off exercice..
