Group: Forum Members Posts: 47, Visits: 146	Using SkyDemon on iPad, Version 4.0.0.397 With the latest update, I can’t find a way to download/update the entire AIP any more. I would have to click into each country … quite cumbersome. Am I missing a button? Also: nice feature to have rankings for popularity and so on. But I can’t find a way to scroll through all airports/AIP any more. Would always have to take the detour via the map and the context menu. Can I switch back to the old style? Or can we combine these styles? Cheers Markus

Or can we combine these styles? Cheers Markus I very much agree. I hadn't spotted that feature being removed when beta testing. Not being able to access when airborne an AIP section or an airfield plate that I haven't already pre-downloaded when on the ground is a severe limitation, particularly if needing to divert to somewhere unexpected. It could be very embarrassing or even hazardous if IFR for example. Having to download the AIP document by document, and the airfield info airfield by airfield is a PITA, frankly. I'd request that we have a 'Download AIP' (including airfields) feature restored, at a Country level, even if not for all countries for which charts are present as before. Group: Forum Members Posts: 95, Visits: 2.3K	I fully agree! Storage is not a concern in 2024 anymore... Also, it would be great if I wouldn't need to go to the country tab for AIP updates at all. I mean, I mark it once, then it should update with the regular chart updates.

Yes, but this is per country - there is no button to download all countries at once. Inwould have to go through 12+ countries each airac. Plus the accessibility issue of the plates...

I was looking at 4.0.0.396, and I now see that .397 is available on Beta. I didn’t get a TestFlight notification as I would normally, so missed it. However, my current public version is .396, and again, while a later version is present in the App Store, i haven’t received the usual update notification as per all other apps. I’ve had to manually search the App Store to find the newer version. It seems that something odd is not triggering notification of new versions in both TestFlight and the App Store.
