When tapping on Notam / View on Map, the depiction of ED-R Grafenau is different to the actual shape.
Both depictions should be congruent.

That NOTAM is just notifying you that there is a SUP you need to look at. It doesn't really have a specific shape, other than the circle of influence that determines whether it gets included in your NOTAM briefing. This is just how NOTAMs are done sometimes, in combination with SUPs; there is nothing strictly linking the two in a data sense.
