Would you mind sending this information to customer support? They will be able to engage with you about it, whereas I am on the software development side of things.

I flew UK to the Balkans recently and would like to propose updating a few email addresses for airports which are either missing or intended for general public enquiries rather than the operations teams or ATC that GA pilots would normally deal with.

LRAR: Arad, Romania should be ground.op@aradairport.ro
LKKV: Karlovy Vary, Czech (missing) is handling@airport-k-vary.cz (the airport provides mandatory handling at reasonable cost)
LRCL: Cluj-Napoca, Romania should be oper@airportcluj.ro
LBPD: Plovdiv, Bulgaria should be operations@plovdivairport.com
LWOH: Ohrid, North Macedonia should be operations@plovdivairport.com
LDSB: Brac, Croatia should be groundoperations@airport-brac.hr
LIMW: Aosta, Italy should be opsoffice@avda-aosta.it
LFLX: Chateauroux, France (missing) is ops@chateauroux-airport.com

The only country that required an overflight permit from the local authorities was in North Macedonia. I don't know if its possible to flag that up as a warning (similar to notifying about GAR forms, flight plans etc when crossing borders). It was fairly easy to obtain by emailing the appropriate aircraft documents.
