NOTAM summary/priority/filtering with AI

Group: Forum Members Posts: 8K, Visits: 9K	The professional pilot you spoke to should just use SkyDemon. We already do a great job of filtering NOTAMs so the less relevant are categorised differently (and below) the actually-relevant ones. There is no need to involve AI in such a job.

However, some time ago I had a discussion with professional pilot who complained a lot about having to review so many notams each time. It was really pain in the ass and he suggested that there should be a way, using AI, to filter out notams which are not relevant. So out of interest, I thought to ask on this forum what other pilots think? Is there a way to filter or prioritize or summarize notams using latest AI advancements in a way that would be both safe and helpful? What do you think? as always, it's a question of who is going to be responsible. As PIC, would you trust a solution that is not deterministic? Are you willing to take all consequences if you miss an important one? I don't think we could trust it to be deterministic with any of currently available LLMs. So, looks like a wrong idea.
