Just wondering where Sky Demon populates the NOTAM data from ? It has happened in North Devon a couple of times by where a NOTA has been shown over North Devon, but in fact, is to do with Pembrey in South Wales, so 40 miles away ? The other was showing as between North Devon and Lundy Island. I telephoned the contact number but unfortunately, completely disinterested and said "just ignore it" - I wonder if this is an error on the NOTAM publishers input, or, there might be a glitch in the system - Thanks

It's an error by the person authoring the NOTAM. They've written a NOTAM referring to one area, but entered the wrong coordinate into the Q-line of the NOTAM so that it actually appears in the wrong place. For those using an older, non-graphical narrow-route briefing system, the NOTAM wouldn't even appear in their briefing.

In the UK, you can write to aissupervisor@nats.co.uk and they can get such NOTAMs corrected.
