Good idea, we've added settings for visibility of VFR and IFR reporting points ready for the next release. Airspace clipping is done automatically for the moment in InFlight, based upon your planned levels and the levels at which you actually fly.

I think there should be settings for clipping (as in Plan) and a toggle for IFR waypoints (I often use them in my flight plans).

I can set them in the registry, but it would be nice to be able to change them from within the program.
