As said on the title, it would be really nice to have this feature on Android too!

It is on Android, and has been for many years. What makes you think it isn't?

I tried to use it on my phone and it didn't work, even if the multi-touch is working on other apps, so I searched the reason of my problem and I found this topic: http://forums.skydemon.aero/Topic11457.aspx

Multi-touch doesn't work for me either, but it is still possible to use the Map Ruler—Tap and hold on a point to bring up the What's Here menu, then go to Routing > Measure from Here.

Thank you! It's working! I need the map ruler to see the VOR radials of a waypoint and write them on the flight log.

If you select the RNAV column on the PLOG, it will calculate Radial and Distance from the nearest VOR and enter it in the PLOG for you.

This is nice, thank you! But I need two radials, since the aircraft doesn't have a DME
