Had my airspace filter set to 6000' recently and in discussion after the flight with a friend, realised that we had been flying at 5500' oblivious to the fact that there was controlled airspace above us; above the 6000' filter.

A suggestion ...

Can we have a warning please when we are flying close to our filter altitude so that we can take appropriate action.

A great application and thanks from me and many others.

What you're describing is not how SkyDemon works. There are separate decluttering settings for planning and in flight. The default is to show all airspace 1000' above you in flight, and this is dynamic, so if you're flying at 5500' you will definitely see airspace starting at 6000'. You can try this in the simulator.

Regardless of the visibility settings, SkyDemon will warn you about penetrating controlled airspace before you to.
