Hello!

I really love the option to export the FlightTrack to google earth. Is there an option to set/increase the frequency of the logged waypoints? For deeper flight analysis they are a bit to far away.

As I am no native English speaker I hope you get my point...

Thx in advance

Raphael

Hello Raphael,

I checked a flight I did two weeks ago. I have plenty of recorded positions on my local flight when viewed in Google Earth.
Do you not see the same type/quantity of logged waypoints as I do (approx. one every 10 seconds of flight time between points).
Regards Tony

I think they're supposed to be every 5 seconds, from memory. In what situation is this resolution inadequate?

We do record points more often if we detect changes in speed, altitude, or track. What you're after may simply not be possible with GPS, though; it's notoriously unreliable during anything remotely aerobatic.
