I paid the subscription today morning. In the app I am asked to enter a login, but I never received any login or password details. Can anybody help me?

On paying your subscription you should receive an email from SkyDemon. That email specifies tour login details (your email address) and sets a default password which you can change later. If you didn’t get the email it may be worth checking your spam/junk folders

Just happened to me too, I extended my subscription that expired in November, but I don't see anything in "View orders" and my subscription is still marked as expired in November. My email didn't change since last 3 years of subscriptions and I've been correctly getting emails from you, including one in November about subscription expired. So it seems you guys have some some bigger issue in place than just email not arriving. I've sent you message via contact form and would appreciate resolution ASAP

Ok, it seems it was just processed but almost an hour after the original purchase so I got obviously scared. So all good on my end now.
