Apologies if this is already available, but I can’t find it despite searching the manual and forums.

Would it be possible to add a simple toggle (similar to roads/rail) for power lines? I find they can really clutter the map in certain areas.

If I remember correctly, wasn’t there an agreement or even treaty to not let lines of any kind be disabled on maps after the Sölden accident?

Power lines are automatically disabled when you zoom out to at least 350k.

A switch to hide the power lines would be really handy. It is already possible for various other information (streets, cities, etc.).

If you don't want to see the power lines even when zooming in, this should be possible.

As an example, I zoom in on the map especially when I want to have a clearer overview of a perhaps very complex section. Just then, however, even more information is faded in by the power lines. Of course, this contradicts the intention of zooming in at that moment.

I have often had areas on the map that were completely overloaded by power lines. While, for example, the streets were helpful at that moment, the power lines were only a distraction. Please give the user the choice here.
