Would it be possible to add an OPTIONAL "Take 2" warning indicator if you are flying within 2nm/200' of CAS?  Not a warning banner that needs to be acknowledged like the "actually entering CAS" ones, but a continuous indicator to remind you to be careful.  Maybe change the background colour on the "where am I" description.  Or even change the little aeroplane from yellow to red?
