On the "Add/Remove charts" dialog, some countries/regions have a monkey wrench next to the yellow cylinder, and some don't. What is the significance of that? Section "Using the Chart Manager", pages 7-8 of the Skydemon manual don't say.

They are countries for which we deem the source aeronautical data to be less good than other countries. Having said that, we haven't revised which countries have those icons for a while, and it may be time we did.
