Diverting during VFR navigation flight

Group: Forum Members Posts: 8, Visits: 0	Hi there. I am using Apple I-Pad and Sky Demon latest version. During a VFR-flight i had to divert routing to the destination airport as my planed route was limited due to weather conditions. So i thought i just gonna press with my fingers on the remaining leg and pull it to the new Waypoints. Done. But this way it was not possible. So i used the direct to button to my destination airport, but I still was not able to set Waypoints by “pulling” the leg. Is the only way to do that during flight, to start planning a new route? I think, to delete and enter new waypoints, while flying, is not safe. There should be an easier way? Any advise how to handle such case in a safe way during flight?

Group: Forum Members Posts: 3, Visits: 6	or alternatively press the airfield you wish to divert to, press [Routing] and press [Route Direct].... or alternatively press the SkyDemon icon (top left), press [Direct To] (brings up a list of airfields ordered by nearest first) and click on your diversion airfield...
