Essentially proposing a drill-down reference tab under theradio tab selection. Now no excuse for poor RT but this would helpand educate early (and other!) pilots in correct RT calls and make more commonthe way GA interacts with ATCs etc given the prevalence of SD now so good PR too.

Calls would derive majority info from existing data in theapp so simple step to add reference calls card from this info.

Basically 4 headings : Request (ADDPAR) Call, Position Call, Mayday Call, (Practice) Pan Call similar to weather bar+info format

e.g. 'Request' in e.g. Green header bar

Norwich Radar

A - G-KEMC

D – Tibenham

D – Lowestoft

P – Hardwick

A – 2 Tousand feet

R – Request Basic Service

[Traffic / MATZ Penetration / ZoneTransit /  Joining Instructions / etc]

'Position' in Green header bar

Norwich Radar

A - G-KEMC

P – Hardwick

T – 05

L – 2 thousand feet

N – Lowestoft

E –15

'Mayday' in Red header bar

MAYDAY, MAYDAY, MAYDAY

C - Norwich Radar

A - G-KEMC

T – Motorglider

N – e.g. Damaged canopy

I – Landing in field

P – Near Hardwick, 2 thousand feet

P – NPPL

O – 2POB, Full Fuel

'(Practice) Pan' in header bar

(Practice) PAN PAN, PAN PAN, PANPAN

C – London Information

A - G-KEMC

T – Motorglider

N – e.g. Damaged canopy

I – Landing in field

P – Near Hardwick, 2 thousand feet

P – NPPL

O – 2POB, Full Fuel

Possible thatcalls can be morphed/added to depending upon the station eg ATC v A/G protocol

Have mocked up a screen but can’t post the imageunfortunately.

Best,

Robert

Hi Robert

The feature is already there in SD. Just make your own dokument and transfer it to User Documents under the Airfield Tab.

I have several documents covering different procedures (stalles, flaps, landing Roll, .....). I have also documents/manuals for all the instruments in the aircraft under User Documents - so no need to take a lot of papers with you - SD have the information at hand👌

One problem that immediately suggests itself is that at least two of those call formats are UK specific.
