Exiting Pilot Log restarts Sky Demon

T Group: Forum Members Posts: 3, Visits: 1	Hi, I‌ encountered a problem when exiting Pilot log during navigation, Sky Demon restarts and I have to press Go Flying again. Logging also starts again at this point. T‌he same thing happens when exiting Pilot Log in Planning mode.‌ I'm running Sky Demon version 3.9.1.19615 on Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition with Android version 5.1.1.‌ A‌ny suggestions? T‌hanks and best regards T‌oby70‌

Hi Tim, I‌ did contact support and we found out the problem was that I have enabled 'Do not keep activities' option in Developer options menu. This option enabled, clears every activities as soon as the user leaves it (description from the tablet) which caused SD to restart when exiting Pilot Log or Log Summary. When this option is disabled, SD works normally as expected, when Back button is tapped it returns to previous page. T‌hanks and Best regards T‌oby70‌ Edited 2/12/2018 11:41:49 AM by Toby70

Group: Forum Members Posts: 8K, Visits: 9.1K	That makes sense. The Pilot Log is a fullscreen activity, so with that option enabled, Android would kill the rest of SkyDemon as soon as the Pilot Log activity was launched.
