Example routes, specific NOTAMs and exactly what you're doing. OK. Local flight planned within 50nm of EGNU. Check NOTAM and the first thing to note is that some of them are duplicated -- the main culprits are the hazardous airspace warnings in North Korea, Egypt, Mali etc, but there are others -- as noted previously, I understand that this may have nothing to do with SD, but be related to the way NOTAM are promulgated. Now, HIDE the NOTAM relating to hazardous airspace warnings (as above). Close and re-start SD and you will note that the NOTAM hidden in the previous session have re-appeared. It's no more than a nuisance, but it would be nice if the problem could be fixed. This is probably outside of SD's control, but I just wondered if anyone else had noticed this and knew the answer. A‌lso when I Hide NOTAM, why do they not remain hidden from session to session? I am referring to those ubiquitous NOTAM‌ such as "dangerous situation overflying Egypt, Mali etc." It is inconvenient to have to hide them each session.
