LIPD Parachute Dropzone not displayed in VFR charts

G Group: Forum Members Posts: 156, Visits: 334	LIPD Parachute Dropzone is only displayed in Airways mode. In VFR mode (i.e. SkyDemon Styles 1-3), the dropzone is invisible. ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌

Of cou‌rse, I can see the parachute symbol ;-) ‌ I was confused, because in Italian style charts (NOTAM display ON) the lateral dimension of the permanent zone is indicated. Compared to the italian charts, in SD charts t‌he second circle is missing. (the circle is not the same as in the NOTAM) In SD chart style, the correct information is present in the background, because you can "sense" the zone with the whats's here function, but it is not displayed. Show Sporting Sites is set to on. ‌‌‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌‌‌

It doesn't draw a circle as often activities take place outside the circle, and the presence of a circle can lead users to believe that any flight outside the circle is safe from parachutists.
