Generally if a NOTAM contains the coordinates for a temporary restriction, and those coordinates form polygons, we will show the polygons on the map. If that isn't the case, you'll get the NOTAM's basic circle.

NOTAMs were never meant for graphical representation and their presentation can therefore be imperfect.

In this case, the NOTAM refers to a SUP and SkyDemon will make the SUP available, so the data is available.‌

Not automatically, no, because the authorities in Sweden have decided not to include the coordinates of the restriction in their NOTAM. This is slightly unusual, and obviously is not helpful for pilots. Perhaps if you have a relationship with those authorities you could remind them that modern apps decode NOTAM and display areas when coordinates are included, and if they publish a NOTAM saying "there is a restricted area but you'll need to look at a SUP to get the coordinates" then those apps cannot do their job automatically.
