I want to report that the changed Chambery TMA (in France, close to Geneva; class D, 3400 ft or 1000 ft agl - FL 95) seems wrong in the latest map versions, as its seasonality is not considered.

‌This TMA is only active as class D from December 15 to April 7 each year, and only during from Friday to Monday 11 am local time. Otherwise it is class E as before. (NB. You couldn't make this stuff up, could you?)

‌In my Skydemon (3.7.1.28802) with latest France charts, I see it as always class D and active.

‌See, for example, http://www.lauravl.fr/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/INFORMATION-TMA-CHAMBERY-DECEMBRE-2016-VF-3.pdf.

I am curious what you would expect SkyDemon to do in this situation. Would you expect it to hide the airspace depending upon the date set on your device?

Hiding the airspace based on the date of the flight would be a great option, wouldn't it? After all, SD is based on an electronic chart which has the unique ability to show only what's relevant.

It's an option. It's an expensive one, though, as it would require all airspace entities in our data to have full digital timesheets associated with them, rather than the cheap and simple "when is it active" we have today.

It's also not an ideal user experience, because unless they are familiar with the area, they will rightly wonder why bits of airspace keep appearing and disappearing.‌
