Group: Forum Members Posts: 28, Visits: 130	Hi, Just to let you know ‌that from the SkyDemon Web application, Charts for France do not get downloaded : ‌ ‌ I only checked ‌charts for Belgium and France to be installed. Then I got a message demanding to increase memory. After that‌ I got the message above and France charts were not installed. Only Benelusx was installed : ‌ I hope this is just me‌‌ having download problems ;-)) What to do ? grtz Francis ‌‌‌‌ ‌ ‌

Group: Forum Members Posts: 7.8K, Visits: 8.4K	Our customer support can probably help you with this. You'll just need to delete the files Silverlight has cached for the SkyDemon app and after that your charts should be downloadable.
