I tried to plan a route Hawarden to Sleap (landing) and then flying back to Hawarden. As the second leg is overlaid on the first leg, I can't view the PLOG for the first leg. How do you do that?

Don't plan the second leg (return to Hawarden). Just use the Reverse Route function.

That's what I would have done in the past but it means creating two separate flight files. I was hoping with this Multiple landings planning tool I could just create one flight file. Thanks

No, you don't have to create two separate flight files. Just create a route for your outbound journey, which will create an outbound PLOG for you, then when you're ready to return to base, with your outbound route displayed on screen, go to Route > Reverse and SD will create a new inbound PLOG for you.

T‌he multiple landings tool is really for routes such A > B > C > A‌, landing at B and C for instance, before returning to A. For a straightforward 'there and back' flight, the Reverse Route function is by far the easiest way to go.

I like to print out the PLOG before I fly along with the route marked on a map in case my iPad fails when I'm flying. The way I've got round the problem is to return to Hawarden but to a slightly different arrival point from my departure point so that the two routes don't completely overlap. That way I only have to create one file and I can print out both PLOGs before I fly. Thanks for your help.

You could always reverse, print, then reverse again.

I was trying to be a bit more sophisticated than that. But hey ho, I've got something that works for me. Thanks for all your input.
