Hi,

The new briefing pack is an excellent addition but it will not create the W&B graph as expected. The startup W&B table is created correctly but there is a blank space where the graph should be.

This is on an iPad Air running iOS 9.3.2

Thanks

Thanks, we're aware of this bug but fixing it is a non-trivial issue.

Thanks Tim. It seems that if you navigate to the Weight & Balance within the Flight Details Tab, and from there select the Print button and preview a landscape view of the W&B, if the graph displays correctly there, the subsequent creation of the briefing pack will correctly display the graph.

You sometimes have to select the "print preview" more than once but if the graph correctly displays in that view, it will consistently be displayed in the subsequent briefing pack creation.

I hope that's clear for anyone looking for a workaround

Tried above and other things but can't get a graph to print at all via briefing pack on iPhone 6 Plus. I can eventually get it to show on iPad air2 but when it does show it splits over a page break.

Not a major cosmetic issue but when you do apply a fix please can you also get  the w&b info to fit on 1 page.
thanks

To be clear, the omission of the W&B graph in the HTML formatted output is an Apple bug. In order to "work around" it we will need to create our own dedicated weight and balance graphical formatter, abandoning all the speed and formatting benefits that HTML output gives us.

When printing HTML containing embedded images, the images do not show up. Or when "quick preview"ing them onscreen in fact. Opening the W&B HTML document (which is attached to the briefing email) on any other device and printing it works fine.
