We don't have any such option planned at the moment, though we would consider adding it if we got a lot of request for it. As it is, you can start logging whenever you like.

Tim,

Would it be possible for users to alter the threshold speed for flight logging to start? ie 15 kts for helicopters would more accurately log flight time whereas fixed wing pilots could select their aircraft's particular Vr?

Thanks,

Jonathan

You can start logging manually - some people like to do this so the log additionally records engine time or similar - but if you don't, SkyDemon logs your actual flight automatically by detecting the moment you take off and the moment you have landed.

As long as you have selected Go Flying  SD starts logging automatically as soon as you have reached a threshold speed which, I think, is 30 knots.

Hello,

I'am a new user of Skydemon and I'd like to know if there is an option that as soon as we start the navigation, logs start to record automatically.
Because I'm afraid that sometimes I will forget to manually start it.

I've search into the manual and I don't see it ...

Thanks in advance,
Antoine
