Yes, it is a significant change. If we simply move forward the date of selection then we would prematurely delete documents which have not yet expired. For the moment we will need to keep simply including documents that are already effective.

EAD tell us that Poland have corrected the error whereby "old" supplements should have been removed. Could you verify? We will then need to come back to the issue of you wanting to see supplements which are not yet valid.

Hi,
Yes, I can confirm that 'old' supplements have been removed fro SD and EAD. Than You.
And second yes, I would be very pleased to see future (not yet effective) supplements in SD, at least for a week ahead. Is it big change? Do You have any more questions about that subject?
Jan

Thank you. I think the "missing" documents are ones which are not yet effective, and that is currently by design, though we could review this. Documents which should have been withdrawn but which have not, are probably a bug in EAD, and we will open a ticket to discuss this with them.

Hi SD Team,

Here are the official sources (web pages) of the POLAND AIPs:
(free registration is needed to use them)

AIP: ais.pansa.pl/aip
VFR AIP: ais.pansa.pl/vfr
MIL AIP: ais.pansa.pl/mil

Other source that I've used to verify missing supplements in Poland AIP is EAD webpage:

http://www.ead.eurocontrol.int/publicuser/public/pu/login.do

So, for today situation is:
Here I take into account only supplements from 2016, numbered 100 and up:

SD application: 100, 101, 103, 104
EAD webpage: 100, 101, 103, 104, 107, 109, 110
ais.pansa.pl webpage: 100, 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, 108, 109, 110, 111

Now I can see that 'SD supplements' are only supplements that are effective for today and EAD and ais.pansa.pl supplements are the same plus supplements from near future.
Maybe I can give a little suggestion here: if someone is planning flight for tomorrow or in the next few days, it will be very important to be able to look for supplements that will be effective at that time in the near future. Of course pilot needs to verify all informations immediately before flight (at the day of the flight), but if he/she has future informations before it will be effective it could be very helpful in longer term planing (flight and life planing).

And the second part, supplements not valid:
These supplements exists in SD and EAD but not at ais.pansa.pl
2014-75, 2015-06,07,19,103,105

If you look for example at one of above, 2014-75 you will see that it is effective from 2014-12-11 up to 2015-12-09 so it's not valid for today.

I hope that it helps.

Best regards,
Jan

Some of the documents you claim are missing were released only today; SkyDemon will pick them up later in the day.

The rest appear to be documents which have presumably been withdrawn. Assuming you were using the gap in numbers as a source for what documents are valid. Or did you have another source? Also, what makes you think certain documents should have been withdrawn?

In order to report this as an error to the Polish authorities I need a little more information. Thanks.

and there are some supplements that should not be here:
2014-75, 2015-06, 2015-07, 2015-19, 2015-103, 2015-105, 2015-155, 2016-52, 2016-82,

I acknowledge this apparent omission and have begun investigations.
