It sounds like you're trying to actually Go Flying (for real) rather than connect to the simulator. You need to go into Setup -> Connectivity and tell SkyDemon that you wish to use your simulator device as a source for position info, then when you touch Go Flying you'll be offered that as an option.

Hi and apologies for maybe warming up an old topic.

I used a trial version of SkyDemon a while ago and connected it to Prepar3D. The tool was either FlightSimGPS or FlightConnect for FSX. Now I bought a subscription and when trying to do the same I get an error message on my tablet saying that I have to allow SkyDemon to access my location (Fire HDX and Samsung Galaxy Tab)

Anyone having tried the same recently with success? Any hints appreciated.
