Just downloaded latest version (0.9.10.20643) and when I try to "activate software" I am told "we were not able to activate this copy of software etc, etc..." despite using the same ID and password as before.

When I try to create account (using the same ID and password as before) I am told that I already exist ...

I am than told If you have forgotten your password, return to to the login page and select that option to reset it but I don't seem to be able to find login page.

Is it me, having again a senior moment?

Is this still happening for you? Each week there is a slight delay between the new software being posted and us extending everybody's existing activation keys.

Yes it is. Message reads;"We are not able to activate this copy of the software. Please check your account details and try again."

How can I check to see if the password I am using is correct?

Get in touch with me via email (contact link at the bottom of the page) and I'll get it sorted.

I've just checked that all the activation keys generated are still valid. All you need are your login (which is your email address) and the password sent to you in your confirmation email.
