Just downloaded latest version (0.9.10.20643) and when I try to "activate software" I am told "we were not able to activate this copy of software etc, etc..." despite using the same ID and password as before.
When I try to create account (using the same ID and password as before) I am told that I already exist ...
I am than told If you have forgotten your password, return to to the login page and select that option to reset it but I don't seem to be able to find login page.
Is it me, having again a senior moment?
