I asked them when we could expect the correction in their data. Their response:

The correction in database will be effective from cycle 05/06 Airac (April 28, 2016)

As promised, their response:

Sorry, we have updated the AD 2 LFTZ TEXT but we forgot to update in parallel our database.
We are going to repair this bug quickly.

You're right, they have apparently failed to add it. I wish I could say that I was surprised. I have done as you suggested, and sent them an email. I will reply again here when I get a response from them.

I do not see this VRP EM.
According to SIA, it should be effective since 04 FEB 16 (AIRAC 02/16).  Is there a chance to obtain it a day or another ? By experience, I know it is usually possible to obtain something from french authorities, but we have to insist more than once.
Could you please chase SIA p about it ? I thank you in advance.

Thanks for the information !

It is not a fast process, but the effort is made (according to the standard procedure).

We just heard back from SIA that the missing EM VRP will be added for the Airac 02/16 cycle.

Hello,
We receive VRP data directly from SIA so I have reported the missing VRP to them. Hopefully they will be able to fix it in the forthcoming or next AIRAC update.
Concerning accents, AIP France is quite inconsistent about these. We probably take airfield names directly from AD 1.3 and there is no accent given in that document. We are not overly concerned about the lack of accent.
Thanks for getting in touch!

Hello SD team,

For the airfield La Môle (LFTZ), The VFR report point EM is missing in the chart for France. The plate shows it.

In the airfield name, the circumflex accent on the 'o' is missing in a few places:
 - in the list when we request the point details (by a right-click on PC or long press on iPad)
- and then, in the header of the airfield list when you click on "la Mole airfield"
- only on PC, in the Route Plan
- I let you check whether there is other places
