Thanks for the reply. I can appreciate that catering for small screens presents difficult choices and that this would be a low priority, however there are many smartphones out there with similar displays.



I suspect that reducing the font size until all the information fits the available width will worsen the situation as neither block would then be readable.



How about tapping on the frequency/runway info boxes toggles which is drawn first? This way I could read one at a time, or alternatively (and more complexly) detecting an overlap and then adding a button [FREQ/RWY] which toggles which info is displayed on top.



Someone else also mentioned (in this thread) that the green arrow indication of the aircraft location on airfield plates sometimes obscures the rwy/freq info, for an airfield 100nm away scrolling to move the arrow is not a practical option, but the ability to bring either box to the foreground might also be made to solve this problem.

We should probably detect an overlap like that and start reducing the font size until everything fits, but honestly, on a 300 pixel wide screen there's only so much we can do

When looking at airfield plates in SD Mobile on small screens the runway and frequency information can overlap, as in the attached screenshot.



Could tapping the frequency/runway info bring the selected info to the foreground, thus making either readable?
