This doesn't seem to be working anymore on PC.  My browser opens and goes to google maps but no longer zoomed at the correct place.  Is the a Skydemon issue or something wrong with my browser?

Same problem. Seems to me that the parameters passed to google maps are not understood by google.

It's something Google have broken. You can click a link at the bottom saying "view on google.com" or something similar and it will sort it out.

Just upgraded to the latest version today (V 3.4.3.0) and the 'View on Map' still doesn't work. Google Maps just goes to your current location.
This was a very handy feature and it would be a great shame to loose it.
Any ideas?

Yep.  Doesn't work for me either on my PC

Works fine on my android tablet but doesn't work on my PC.

You'll find the resolution to this is to use the tools available to you on the Google Maps page we open in your browser. There is something on there which prevents it from taking you to where you are, as opposed to where we tell it to take you. A little link at the bottom of the page, if I recall correctly.

You might have to help us out on this one Tim. Tried this is in Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome - I can't see any link or setting that you might be talking about.

Unfortunately because I clicked the link once, ages ago, I can no longer reproduce what you're seeing on my machine. Google Maps just opens exactly where SkyDemon tells it to. I just asked my colleague and he says there's a link at the bottom of the page which just says "maps.google.com" and clicking that, then closing your browser, should do the trick next time you open a targeted map link.
