Hello SD-team !
After the latest 3.4.2 update, all the POI:s on the finnish map have disappeared. I hope you can do something about it.
Cheers, Kaj

Unfortunately we do not have POI data for Finland with sufficient information to include many. There are a few, such as a racetrack at N641638.85 E0275052.10. It will not be a new version of SkyDemon that changed their inclusion but a chart update. It might be that we do not have any name information for them, and they are therefore excluded.

If I remember right, before the chart update you mentioned, there were for example quite a lot of lighthouses included as POI:s on the map. It's true that hey had no name information, only some kind of code numbers. I still think it would be nice if they were shown, even without names, as they are good landmarks when you are flying in the archipelago.

Cheers, Kaj

Unfortunately it's difficult consolidating all the data we have which is of varying quality for different countries in Europe. We took the decision to omit landmarks without any name information because we reasoned they weren't much use for people who want to look them up. They were cluttering up the map in some countries without giving any benefit.

We will have to think about whether it makes sense to include lighthouses even when they have no name information.

Yes, I understand the reason for your decision.
Considering the lighthouses, personally I don't think it's important to know the names of them. The main thing is that they are visible on the map.
cheers, Kaj
