Is there any more information than this? A screenshot would probably help.

I'm using the latest version of SkyDemon on a PC with Windows10, which I installed a couple of weeks ago. Whilst there was originally no problem in accessing SkyDemon it now won't open on the PC and I get the following message in a dialogue box: "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component of your application. If you click Continue the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue.  Customized cultures cannot be passed by LCID, only by name."
Clicking the Continue button does not start the application. Any ideas appreciated.
