At north of LSZA (eg. Rovio, Rivera) and at south of LSZA (eg. Odogno, Tremona) there isn't any TMA A zone and any TMA E zone.
Only C zone.
The TMA A Milano ends at the boundary with the Switzerland.

The LSZA CTR (Swiss part) is class D/C only. No TMA A and TMA E.

According to AIP Italy section ENR 2.1, the Milan TMA Zone 1 goes across that part of Switzerland. Referring to the Milano VFR area chart shows that the base of the class A there is FL125, FL125 and FL105 for the three sections going south.

The class E and C parts are defined in AIP Switzerland ENR 2.1.
