Hi Dave. Southend Director isn't notified as the normal contact frequency for penetration into that airspace so it's correct not to have it listed on your PLOG all the time. It's not unusual to be passed on to a backup frequency if the primary one is busy, but I don't think that should mean we always include backup frequencies in the PLOG, as that would cause clutter. A shame you got a sigh when you asked the controller to essentially do their job, and give you the information you needed.
