Hi, the chart of LOIH is not in the database. Could you check it?

Austrocontrol has stopped publishing charts for LOIH in December, 2014.

I cannot find any plates of austrian airfields in Skydemon anymore - in the austrian online AIP i found Innsbruck (LOWI), Zell am See (LOWZ), LOWG. LOWK, LOWL, LOWS, LOWW . Source: http://eaip.austrocontrol.at/lo/150626/ad_2.htm

We have "Chart for VFR Flights" for every single one of those. Perhaps you should look again.

The problem with the austrian plates check LOWI for example, I takes extremely long or leads to a crash of the app, as they use too much ram to render (If the plate gets shown after a while, try to zoom in and it will crash ).

This goes for android devices I checked with nexus 5 and nexus 7.

Maybe you can recommend a fast android tablet that suits your app.

PS: I really like your app but I miss 2 features I used a lot in vfrnav (android):
I would like to add OpenAir Files and georeferenced customs plates 
 


 

The Austrian plates are horrible. This is not a SkyDemon problem, it's the people who create the plates. They are some of the worst PDFs I have ever seen. Needlessly huge and hard to render on mobile devices. It would be great if everyone who thinks they are horrible to contact their publisher and tell them so.
