The best suggestion so far (imho) is adding "non-route" bulletins to the end of the list sorted alphabetically.

That would be a nightmare. User reordering of programmatically generated bulletins just isn't practical.

This would be a particularly elegant solution, assuming it is possible to implement in terms of the coding involved.

How about sorting the "extra" weather info by proximity to the currently planned route.

I like the idea but it's tricky because the weather bulletins in that window are not necessarily all from your route. You can subscribe to weather from any airfield. If there are others, how should we incorporate them?
