I noticed that in cartography, Monte Isola is not inserted in the center of Lake Iseo, being an important elevation, I think it would be appropriate to insert it.

It looks beautiful! Unfortunately we do not manually pick and choose which lakes and islands get included in our maps. The algorithm is automatic, and the island in question is too small to be included I think.

The island is small but the mountain elevation is about 2000ft and is present in almost all the maps,

SkyDemon knows about the mountain elevation and will warn you accordingly. It's only the outline of the island which is not drawn on the map.
