I have both and iPad and and iPad mini, both latest SD rev.
On the iPad, hitting the little yellow airplane icon in the plate list works correctly most of the time with some effort to touch accurately.
On the iPad mini however, I find it extremely difficult to activate the icon, 4 out of 5 time it will select the entire bar and show the plate full size instead of embeded.
And this is on the ground.. in flight it will be even worse. Perhaps there is a trick I don't know.
Could the the aera that senses the airplane icon be enlarged a bit so that this selection is less difficult?

Apart from this, I am very happy with the product and have used it extensively on trips abroad.

It could, but since georeferenced plates are now loaded automatically, there is less of a need to activate them manually. Could you briefly explain the scenario where you still need to load them manually?

yes they load automatically, but not always a the time I prefer.
Anyway, I think it is a function that exists but does not work properly so it should be fixed regardless of its usefulness.
Not an urgent issue, but please don't drop it.

What doesn't work properly? Are you saying that because you find the buttons too small?

Hi Tim,
the button size is visually OK.
But it is almost impossible to hit the button so that the plate appears geo-referenced instead of full screen.
It seems to select the bar instead of the button most of the times.
Maybe its is particular to my iPad mini, perhaps something can be tuned?
On the large iPad it works much better even if the button is not much larger.
Both have iOS 7.1.2
I'd like to hear from others.

I can't replicate this at all - it's 100% reliable for me. Do you have huge fingers?

3.1.0 fixes the problem 100%.
Absolutely no problem now to get the embedded chart.
