Group: Forum Members Posts: 8K, Visits: 9.1K	France springs to mind. Several of their systems have big problems with the receipt of Item 19. Also many NATS systems in the UK. The change was made for Austria when the issue was first raised. Flightplans sent to Austria already have Item 19 included.
