I use a Mac, even if I installed SD on a Windows environment using Parallels, I find practical to use Sky Demon Web directly from the Mac, it has almost all the features I need. But sometimes it is impossible to save routes in the Cloud, I get a message saying that the Cloud is occupied ... and after closing everything and start again it works. Can it be possible to avoid this problem ?

We would first have to understand the problem. Has anybody else experienced this? We have been unable to reproduce it here.

I am also using Skydemon on a Mac using Parallells. Very rarely, there is a problem with Skydemon's internet access. This can manifest as an inability to access the cloud, but also other problems.

To fix it I need to restart Parallells and/or reboot Windows. I don't think this is a problem with Skydemon but rather that Parallells gets confused when you suspend the virtual machine and resume it with the Mac on a different network (I'm using a laptop). As I said, this is a unusual problem -- Parallells is really a very stable product.

Of course, I don't know if this is the same problem that Guille has.

My reading of Guille's problem is that it's with SkyDemon Web.

Yes, the problem appears sometimes with Sky Demon Web. About Parallels, usually it is very stable, but sometimes I found the same problem when I suspend Windows. Closing it and restarting solves the problem.
But anyway, with SD Web this issue appears in a random manner, not very frequently. I think really it is a minor issue, I mentioned it just in case there was some procedure to avoid it. As it is not the case, just forget it.
