Hi,

Occasionally when I fly SkyDemon crashes, or I accidentally manage to exit it while folding my kneeboard around (which causes semi-random taps on the screen of my Nexus 7). This happened to me over the weekend, and as a result I now have two track logs for one of my flights.

With the old format, I could just append the data from the second into the first file, and end up with one log. Is there any way to do this with the new 'binary' format?

Is this format documented anywhere?

Thanks

Andy

I also have this problem and have requested a utility to 'stitch together' log files

The old format is still used while recording track logs. So you can still stitch them together at that point, if you like, because they're in raw text form. Only when you open them for the first time does SkyDemon convert them to the more compact binary format.

Oh ok, so I could copy the 'text' files off the Nexus and stitch them together there before opening them up in the Windows version?

Cheers

Yes, that should certainly work.
