Are there any release notes for v3.0.2 to explain how the new features work - particularly the relative waypoint and scale able instruments?

Scalable instruments is just a setting that you make bigger or smaller.

What in particular about the process to create a relative waypoint did you have a question about? Our documentation usually lags behind new feature updates by a couple of weeks or so.

I can't get the relative waypoints to work on a iPad3 (not yet updated to IOS7):

waypoint: MID
distance entered: 8.3
bearing from: 065 or as 65

produce a point due North of MID or overhead MID. Any bearings entered with a leading 0 are on the 360 radial, any bearings without a leading 0 are overhead MID.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Neil

I have tried using other waypoints as a starting waypoint and the result is always the same 3 digit bearings appear on a bearing of 360 however the range looks correct.

IOS 6.1.3

Are you pressing the Done button on your keyboard before proceeding to the next stage, to commit the value entered?

No I wasn't.

It works if I either use Done after each value or the second value prior to the [Next] button.

Thanks for the help

Cheers
