Incorrectly names gas venting station ?

Group: Forum Members Posts: 68, Visits: 295	The gas venting station on the former Eye airfield in Suffolk is named 'Diss' which is a town three miles distant in Norfolk. Perhaps the name is derived directly from the CAA data? However, it is located in the middle of a clearly recognisable and charted disused airfield and ought to be labelled as such. SD and a cheap Chinese satnav = Jobzagoodun.

Group: Forum Members Posts: 11, Visits: 43	Neither the CAA nor SD name the venting stations. Have a look on SkyDemon at the one on Sherburn's R29 approach. It's not called Sherburn. It gets ignored anyway.

SD gives this one the location of 'Diss' which is a town 3 miles away, despite being on Eye disused airfield. It just seems misleading to me. SD and a cheap Chinese satnav = Jobzagoodun.
