Whilst using mt 5" chinese GPS enroute I can read the ETA at next waypoint. However, I'm sure we should be able to also get ETA at the destination. Is there a setting I need to toggle/adjust to achieve this?

This might not be 100% accurate because I don't have a device with me but you will be able to work it out from here.

Go the the blue skydemon icon, then 'settings' then 'instruments' then check or uncheck your preferences.

You learn something every day, I hadn't realised it could be toggled. I knew the height/alt could be, but just noticed on the simulator that you can also toggle the wind instrument. I haven't got my GPS with me so I can't try to see if it's the same on that. Must read the instructions one day.

Instructions? Now that would be a break with tradition !
