Yes, when planning with only the map and virtual radar windows open I want to be able to hide/display airspace and features to QUICKLY de-clutter the display to make it easier to identify particular features/airspace when fine-tuning a plan.

Also, asked before but was not implemented, for the same reason as above I would still like the display of NOTAMs to be toggled on/off on the virtual radar at the same time as on the map - so I can de-clutter that display when fine-tuning my planning.

As I tend to use a small netbook for flight planning I don't have a lot of windows open and only open what I need when I need it - so the option that Tim suggested is NOT very practical - the row of buttons IS.

Also 2nd request to be able to filter NOTAM on the virtual radar when in planning mode. This can clutter up the display which otherwise is really useful for flight planning.

I'm pretty sure NOTAM should be togglable in virtual radar in the same way they are on the map, so if that's not happening, it must be a bug and we will fix it.

The mapping toolbar is unlikely to come back but we did change the Mapping menu in the latest version to make it easy to go through and quickly turn lots of stuff on and off.

A further 'loss' is the airspace clipping adjustment -it was a really easy / useful way to de-clutter the screen and try out different options. It can of course still be done, but you dont know immediately what it is set to. Perhaps this could go on one of the other toolbars?

Just checked and the NOTAMs do indeed now toggle on the virtual radar display - I didn't notice when this was introduced and was basing my request on your reply to the same request by 140kias in July 2011.

Still want the mapping toolbar back though ;-) Oh, and still want a section in the forum for iPad users so that those of us without iPads don't have to trawl through all those posts (as requested in March and supported by several other users).
