Just started trying SkyDemon today -- very nice. Having some minor problems with printing, any suggestions?
My kneeboard is A5, so I will always be printing route plans at that size, but each time I print the page size seems to be reset to A4 (the heading info, etc., is saved, however?).
Every time I print a chart or route plan I get an extra empty page printed ('page 2 of 2' if heading is enabled).
(Maybe wishlist.) It would be nice to be able to print A5 rotated on A4 paper, to avoid manual interactions with the printer when it asks for A5 paper.
Thanks -- Mike Cowlishaw

It's not quite straightforward and not completely reproducible in my experiments, yet. The printing appears to be trying to print two pages; my printer is usually duplex, but when printing to A5 the printer properties reports a conflict and forces off duplex. So the two sides print on two pieces of paper. But there's nothing on the second side except header/footer (and if those are set to Empty for all three, the page is blank).
