Hi,
I'm not sure, if I understand these little golden w/ red stripes awards to destinations. I checked a few of them, looking into Italy & Croatia and I find a lot of airfields w/ these awards 1 - 20 "points", but when I open the info pilot notes there are 1 or 2 sparse comments??

It’s based on the number of unique visitors.

it's not points but ranking in the country.

If you open the details for a ranked airport, you’ll see at the bottom that the ranking is a ‘popularity score’ based on the number of unique visitors.
