Good idea. I think we didn't add the Dutch one because we weren't sure that it wasn't a commercial service. I know it's referenced by official sources but isn't it a privately run commercial service?

The Belgian one, we'll get that added in time for this week's chart update for sure.

GenDec.eu may be privately written, but it's not 'commercial' in the sense that it's free to use. It is promulgatd by the authorities themselves as the way to submit a General Declaration.
